Rebuilding the production model
Kentucky Studios
The first self-rebuilding studio

Build entire worlds.

A production campus engineered for ambitious practical filmmaking. Full-scale environments get built faster, filmed without compromise, reclaimed after wrap, and transformed into whatever comes next.

One continuous loop

Nothing here is built just once.

Every phase is designed as part of the next. That creates a faster, cleaner and more flexible production model without asking filmmakers to think smaller.

Design

Model the world

Translate production design into modular, fabrication-ready systems built for cinematic detail.

Build

Print at full scale

Create architecture, terrain and practical environments directly on campus.

Reclaim

Take it apart

After wrap, materials are separated, processed and returned to the production stream.

Rebuild

Make the next one

The same material becomes a new set, landscape and entirely different story.

The complete system

A campus, not a soundstage.

Three facilities, one engine. Big Brother indoors, Little Sister outdoors, and The Baby for everything virtual, all feeding the same material loop.

Indoor build and capture

Big Brother

Our flagship enclosed facility, sized like a warehouse and built to print, assemble and shoot a massive set under one controlled roof. Printing, robotics and capture share a single floor, so a concept becomes a standing set without ever going outside.

Warehouse-scale volumeCombinable baysColumn-free spans
Outdoor backlot

Little Sister

Acres of open-air plate for full-scale exteriors. A town, a street, a battlefield, built big and shot under real sky.

Next-gen volume

The Baby

AI-driven rendering and virtual interiors for the shots that are faster to render than to build. The digital half of the same pipeline.

Fabrication

Design, make, finish, repeat.

On-site fabrication keeps creative decisions close to the stage and reduces the friction between concept, construction, shooting and strike.

Digital fabrication

Large-format additive manufacturing, CNC workflows and modular component systems.

Scenic + finishing

Surface treatment, paint, aging, texture and camera-ready detailing.

Material recovery

Structured strike, separation and processing so useful matter returns to the next build.

Circular production

Waste becomes inventory.

Our circular model is practical, measurable and built into operations from day one, not added as an afterthought at wrap.

About Kentucky Studios

Built for what production becomes next.

Kentucky Studios brings practical filmmaking, advanced fabrication and circular operations together in one modern production campus.

The vision

More creative freedom. Less operational friction.

The facility is designed around the real sequence of production, from first design decisions through final strike, so teams can move faster without giving up scale or craft.

Kentucky advantage

Space, access and room to build bigger.

Modern operations

A facility that behaves like one connected system.
